Nearby Live

Nearby Live helps homeowners learn about relevant home-service opportunities when participating local service providers are working nearby. Homeowners may submit service needs or interests and choose whether to receive Nearby Live alerts when a relevant opportunity becomes available. Participating service providers may be identified in an alert, but Nearby Live operates and controls the messaging program.

The service is a pilot and may change, pause, or stop.

SMS Program

SMS opt-in is voluntary. By affirmatively selecting the SMS consent checkbox during Nearby Live enrollment, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing text messages from Nearby Live about relevant home-service opportunities near your home based on service interests or needs you provide.

Nearby Live is the sender of these messages and controls recipient selection, message timing, and message content. Participating service providers do not independently send messages to Nearby Live subscribers and your SMS consent is not transferred to participating providers for their own marketing or promotional messaging.

Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out.

Service Availability

Nearby Live does not guarantee provider availability, pricing, response, booking, or completed service. Any service request, quote, scheduling, payment, or work is between you and the service provider.

Your Decisions

You decide whether to respond to a Nearby Live alert, request additional information, or hire a participating service provider. Receiving a Nearby Live message does not require you to purchase or book any service.
