• Name, mobile phone number, street address, optional email, and service interests from customer signup forms.
• SMS and email consent choices, consent timestamps, consent version, and the consent text shown at signup.
• Location coordinates derived from submitted addresses for Nearby Live proximity matching.
• SMS delivery information, inbound replies, and opt-out records related to Nearby Live messages.
• Contractor application details such as contact information, company name, service category, city, website, customer-list status, and pilot notes.

How We Use Information

We use this information to operate Nearby Live, maintain homeowner and subscriber preferences, identify opted-in homeowners near relevant service opportunities, send Nearby Live service opportunity alerts, process replies and opt-outs, review participating service provider applications, and support related service delivery.

SMS Privacy

Mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, and SMS consent are not sold, rented, shared, or transferred to third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. SMS consent is specific to Nearby Live and is not transferred to participating home-service providers or any other third party for their own marketing or promotional messaging.

Nearby Live may use service providers solely as necessary to operate the service, such as messaging, hosting, geocoding, and related infrastructure providers. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with these service providers for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

Nearby Live Text Messages

Consumers may opt in directly to receive automated marketing text messages from Nearby Live about relevant home-service opportunities near their home. Messages may identify a participating local service provider or service category when it matches the consumer's selected interests or submitted needs.

Nearby Live is the sender of these messages and controls the messaging program, including recipient selection, message timing, and message content. Participating service providers do not independently send messages to Nearby Live subscribers and do not receive the subscriber's SMS consent for their own marketing or promotional messaging.

Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out.
